1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and mrbayar ("Platform", "We"). These terms and conditions govern all access to and use of the mrbayar website and all services, games and features available on it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. This acceptance includes any additional policies referenced in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

2. User Eligibility

• You are not involved in any money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Deposits you make must come from legitimate financial sources in your own name.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account on the mrbayar platform. Holding more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all such accounts along with any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This information includes your full name, identity card number (MyKad) or passport, date of birth, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

mrbayar reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time, which requires you to submit identity verification documents. Failure to provide the documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your login credentials — username and password — are kept secure and not shared with any other party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you can prove unauthorised access that has been reported to us promptly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

mrbayar supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50 regardless of the payment method used. No specific maximum limit is stated, however mrbayar reserves the right to set limits based on risk assessment.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100. Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after approval. Actual processing time depends on the payment method and third-party factors beyond mrbayar's control.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in your own name. mrbayar does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit received from an unrecognised payment method may be held until verification is complete.

• mrbayar does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review before approval.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

mrbayar offers a range of bonuses and promotions to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with those terms.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a first bonus of 100% of the deposit value up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a RM100 bonus, bringing the account balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before withdrawal. For a deposit of RM800, a RM300 bonus is given bringing the balance to RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

VIP Programme: Active players can join the mrbayar VIP programme which covers five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%, and Diamond up to 1.5%. Tier upgrades depend on consistent gaming activity.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonuses obtained through dishonest means or exploitation of the system will be voided.
• mrbayar reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Only one active bonus may be used at a time, unless stated otherwise.

6. Game Rules and Player Conduct

The mrbayar platform offers a wide range of games including online slots, live casino, sports betting and card games. Each game category may have its own additional rules, and players are encouraged to understand the rules of each game before playing.

Players are required to behave politely and respectfully when interacting on the platform, especially during live casino sessions. The use of offensive language, threats or harassment directed at staff or other players will not be tolerated.

• The use of any automation software, bots or scripts to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage is a serious offence.
• Exploitation of any technical bugs or system errors to obtain credits or winnings unlawfully must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Winnings obtained through technical exploitation will not be recognised and may be voided.

mrbayar uses an independently verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of personal strategy preferences.

7. Player Responsibility and Responsible Gambling

Players who choose self-exclusion agree not to attempt to bypass this procedure by registering a new account. mrbayar will close any account found to be in breach of an active self-exclusion arrangement.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

mrbayar reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any part of these terms and conditions.

If an account is closed for reasons not involving player misconduct, any balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method once the review is complete. However, for closures resulting from a breach of terms, mrbayar reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance depending on the assessment of the case.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the customer support team. Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The mrbayar platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mrbayar makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times, be free from technical errors or be fully secure against cyber attacks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mrbayar, its directors, staff, agents and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

• mrbayar is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by factors outside its control such as internet outages, third-party interference or natural disasters.
• Game outcomes affected by technical disruptions will be reviewed fairly based on system records.
• mrbayar is not responsible for any taxes or legal obligations that players are required to fulfil in relation to winnings obtained.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

mrbayar reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website unless a different effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the latest amended version. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.

For material amendments that significantly affect user rights, mrbayar will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mrbayar is licensed to operate. mrbayar operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authority.
